Shel Automation successfully upgraded the automation system of three extruder lines at our clients facility using Siemens PLC and HMI solutions. The project focused on improving temperature control, machine safety, preventive maintenance and operational reliability.

Integrated alarm logging, access-level restrictions, preventive maintenance scheduling and historical process trends. The project improved system reliability, operational efficiency and long-term maintenance planning.
